Return Policy

At Red Sandal Tea, we want you completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return the product(s) under the following terms and conditions:

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.
    • We will process the payment after receiving the stock within 4 to 8 business days.
  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
    • Downloadable software products and digital content.
    • Gift cards.
    • Health and personal care items once opened.
  3. Return Process

    • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  4. Inspection and Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 48 Hours to 7 Working days.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility for Exchanges

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    • Follow the same steps as the return process to initiate an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Checking Refund Status

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

  1. Refunds on Sale Items
    • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

  1. Gifts Returns
    • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
    • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
    • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
